fern & cutter was formed over 15 years ago by Velda Ramsey who continues to run it along with her husband, Malcolm. Velda is an ITEC and IPTI qualified aromatherapist and reflexologist as well as being a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). It was through her work that she decided to form fern & cutter. Many of her clients were so impressed with the essential oils that she used that they asked her if they could buy them for their own use. After researching the industry, she was shocked by the varying quality of the products on sale to the general public and this led her, with Malcolm's marketing experience, to found the company.

All our oils are certificated by the Aromatherapy trade council and none of our products is tested on animals.
